Our last day in Duma Tau; while we have heard the lions roar, we haven't seen any yet! Hopefully our luck changes soon.

Above, an elephant came into camp. The guides quickly moved him along. Recently an elephant tore up some boardwalk, and they didn't want that to happen again.

Above, glossy ibis. Upper right, the water in the delta is on the move and changing all the time. In the dry season this area is all grassland. When the grass dries up and the water comes in the colors are just amazing. There is a hippo in the lower right of this photo.

Below, Karin, Scott and Karl prepare to board yet another plane to head to Little Vumbura, our last stop. We saw quite a few elephants from the air as we headed out.

Above a black-backed jackal springs joyously through the dried grass. These guys are so much fun to watch. They move through the area pretty quickly. I guess if you are that small you want to stay out of everyone else's way!

Another beautiful sunset in paradise!
