Stay in front of your customers
It's good to remind your customers you're still around and so are your products and services. So why not put together a customer contact program? You can make it as simple or as elaborate as you want. Here are three ideas to get you started:
- Try an e-newsletter (like the one you're reading) or some other program where your customers are receiving information from you on a regular basis. And if you want to reinforce your image, just add your logo.
- Send thank you or customer appreciation cards. Make an even bigger impact by printing blank cards with your business' logo and name on it.
- Send articles, competitor information or other industry news that your current clients would find of interest. It doesnt matter if you are the writer or not, the point is you're sending something helpful to your customers and keeping your name in front of them at the same time.
